on the menu: wordjam

6 Apr

i’ve always loved wordjam. when two words get crammed together and smushed all up until they are one usable word. webster may not recognize wordjam, but i am a huge proponent.

one of the most widely accepted wordjams in our present society is brunch. it’s hard to argue with cramming delicious breakfast and lunch treats together into one leisurely meal. something magical happens, whereas the wordjam takes on the best parts of both breakfast and lunch.

this Easter, we celebrated with a scrumptious brunch at a favorite place: Marche in East Nashville. it was everything a meal with friends should be – long, delicious, and full of color. just look at these colorful friends we have.

I adore Marche! It’s my favorite place for brunch too.

Question: Does Brangelina count as wordjam?

oh it definitely counts, though in that instance i think the “bra” may have been made less wonderful by the “ngelina” but what do i know? :)
